Family Solicitor – Private Family Law (Hybrid)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its award‑winning, people‑first practice in Manchester. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to manage a high‑quality, privately funded caseload while contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial remedy and children matters for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Run files autonomously with support from a collaborative team.
• Develop new business opportunities and network within the legal community.
• Maintain high standards of preparation and client service in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Experience handling privately funded and high‑net‑worth client matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in building client relationships and growing work.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
