Festive Retail Sales Assistant – Stratford

About the role

We are hiring a full‑time Festive Retail Sales Assistant for a 3‑month fixed‑term contract at our Nespresso boutique in Stratford. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador during the Christmas period, delivering exceptional coffee‑focused customer service and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the boutique is stocked, clean and inviting, maintaining the Nespresso image.
• Greet customers with a warm smile, actively engage them, and guide product selection.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage store operations and customer flow.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Review daily sales and customer feedback, setting personal goals for improvement.

Required profile

• Curiosity to learn and deliver exceptional service while representing the Nespresso brand.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus.
• Charismatic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with both team members and customers.
