Field Sales Account Manager – Fashion (South England)

About the role

Join a leading international fashion business as a Field Sales Account Manager, responsible for a portfolio of independent retail customers across Southern England. You will work autonomously, representing premium menswear and womenswear brands while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop approximately 60 independent retail accounts.
• Present seasonal collections in showrooms, digitally and at customer premises.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales against agreed targets.
• Process orders, monitor delivery performance and coordinate with finance on credit management.
• Support showroom merchandising and collection launches.

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for customer relationships.
• Proven experience in field sales, account management or wholesale sales.
• Fashion, retail or showroom experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
