Field Sales Consultant – Home/Field Based – Central London

About the role

Join Brakes as a Field Sales Consultant on the innovative ‘Your Way’ programme. You will manage a dedicated one‑square‑mile neighbourhood in Central London, combining field visits with home‑based work to grow new and existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target customers within your assigned neighbourhood.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through face‑to‑face meetings and regular contact.
• Onboard new accounts while nurturing existing ones, tracking activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the local distribution partner/driver to deliver a cohesive service to the community.
• Achieve profitable volume growth, meet sales targets and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or account management, preferably within a commercial environment.
• Commercially astute with a passion for winning new business and maximising existing accounts.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a defined neighbourhood.
