Field Service Engineer – Canterbury Area

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Field Service Engineer supporting the Canterbury area. You will be responsible for keeping Costa Express machines running smoothly, ensuring customers enjoy their coffee without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or replacements on coffee equipment.
• Communicate issues, solutions and escalations to internal teams.
• Provide first‑class customer service to partners and end‑users.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Experience working with service equipment in an electrical or mechanical environment.
• Ability to work independently across a defined postcode area.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
