Finance Administrator – Part-Time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join a growing business in Leeds on a part‑time, hybrid basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide efficient financial and administrative support to the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in the purchase ledger, match to purchase orders, resolve queries and prepare payment runs.
• Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodation and transport in line with company policy.
• Administer company credit card accounts and reconcile monthly statements.
• Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with policy.
• Assist with month‑end activities, support audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with finance systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
