Join a dynamic environment in the heart of Glasgow as a Finance Analyst, a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between financial strategy and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful analysis and strategic partnership.

Missions principales

• Take full ownership of monthly P&L analysis, providing clear commentary and actionable business insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including detailed variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Act as a strategic business partner to operational and non-financial stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
• Develop and implement new financial processes and robust reporting frameworks.
• Enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of management information.
• Identify and champion opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Assist the Finance Director with ad-hoc strategic projects and high-level financial analysis.

Profil recherché

• Partially qualified professional (ACCA, CIMA, or ICAS).
• Proven experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or commercial finance.
• Strong technical understanding of P&L structures and financial drivers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive and build processes within a newly created function.
