Finance Associate – French Speaking (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to support our Finance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is bilingual, requiring regular communication in French with suppliers, customers and partners across the UK and France.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers.
• Process supplier purchase orders, invoices and perform reconciliations, often in French.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes and chase overdue payments.
• Assist with weekly payment schedules and staff expense administration.
• Perform data entry, cleansing, basic analysis and support KPI reporting.
• Support credit control activities and handle supplier payment enquiries.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
