Finance Business Partner

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports a major transformation programme, including a Sage Intacct ERP rollout and CRM upgrades. Reporting directly to the finance lead, you will help replace manual Excel‑based management accounts with automated reporting and ensure finance and operations work together seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the right‑hand to the finance lead during early‑stage system implementations.
• Transition historic management accounts from Excel to automated Sage Intacct reports.
• Bridge finance and operational teams to embed robust financial principles.
• Identify and deliver quick‑win improvements during the onboarding phase.
• Support the rollout of the new ERP and upcoming CRM upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in finance transformation projects.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, preferably Sage Intacct.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred, but qualified‑by‑experience candidates are welcome.
• Immediate availability or short notice.
