Finance Transformation – Asset Management & Capital Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Subject Matter Expert to join a major finance transformation programme implementing SAP S/4HANA. The role sits within the Financial Reporting & Audit workstream and focuses on redesigning finance processes for asset management and capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the finance SME for Asset Management and Capital Projects throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Collaborate with finance, capital delivery and project management teams to capture requirements and design future‑state processes.
• Support the design, configuration and testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, data migration (cleansing, mapping, validation) and assist with cut‑over planning and go‑live activities.
• Work closely with SAP consultants, solution architects and developers to ensure scalable solutions.
• Drive change‑management, training and adoption, and embed improved processes post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP finance modules, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of asset accounting, capital expenditure and finance master data.
• Track record of supporting finance process improvement or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management across finance, IT and operational teams.
