About the role
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to support a US law firm on a six‑month rolling contract. You will work closely with partners and associates, maintaining regular client contact while handling regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to financial services regulation.
- Coordinate and prepare regulatory filing materials.
- Assist with trainee and junior associate level tasks within the team.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Previous paralegal experience, preferably in regulatory, fund structuring or fund deal execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple filings.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
