About the role

As a Floor Manager at COS in Glasgow you will lead a passionate sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will act as the brand ambassador on the shop floor, ensuring every interaction feels personal, genuine and memorable while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity in leadership.

• Flexible and reliable, able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
