Food & Beverage Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our vibrant team at Ibis London Heathrow Airport. In this role you will ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service from the moment they order until their meal is enjoyed.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately using the POS system and repeat orders for confirmation.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen, monitor preparation, and deliver meals promptly while maintaining temperature and presentation.
• Keep service areas, tables and stations clean and tidy according to hygiene standards.
• Set up and clear room‑service trays and trolleys efficiently.
• Suggest additional items to maximise sales and promote menu knowledge.
• Follow all departmental procedures, attend training and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Basic cash handling and order accuracy.
