FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed business as an FP&A Analyst. You will support commercial decision‑making by turning complex financial data into clear insights that drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts and financial models for business planning.
• Develop, enhance and maintain flexible Excel‑based financial models.
• Deliver analysis that highlights trends, risks and performance drivers for senior leadership.
• Create and update financial dashboards and KPI reports.
• Partner with divisional finance, business development and operations to understand commercial drivers.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Model cash‑flow forecasts and analyse working‑capital movements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation where possible.
• Support investor reporting with accurate, timely financial information.
• Assist in enhancing the financial consolidation system and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with prior FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
