Front-End Sales Representative – Asset Finance & Leasing

About the role

The Front‑End Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for both asset‑finance brokers and corporate customers, driving new leasing agreements for a fast‑growing soft‑asset leasing provider. Based in Brentford, you will work four days on‑site and one day remotely, combining relationship building with deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent asset‑finance brokers.
• Engage directly with corporate end‑customers to understand equipment funding needs and present tailored leasing proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities, structure leasing deals and guide proposals through internal credit approval.
• Educate brokers and clients on leasing structures, residual values and end‑of‑term options.
• Collaborate with internal credit, risk and operations teams to ensure fast, efficient deal turn‑around.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of the leasing and asset‑finance industry, including funding structures and regulatory standards.
• Strong business acumen to interpret corporate situations and discuss financial solutions with SME owners and directors.
• Excellent front‑end communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust with brokers and end‑users.
• Ability to assess asset requirements quickly and match them with profitable financing options.
