Front of House Barista – Farringdon Café

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated hospitality professional to join our new Farringdon Café as a Front of House Barista. You will be the face of Allpress, delivering great coffee and a distinctive customer experience while representing our wholesale business across London, Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Allpress brand standards, preparing and serving drinks to the expected quality.
• Provide genuine, efficient service to every customer.
• Advise on and sell retail coffee, merchandise and equipment.
• Run food and drinks service, including opening and closing the café.
• Support food preparation and assist with team coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume coffee or hospitality environment; speciality coffee experience is a plus.
• Weekend availability is essential.
• Ability to work five shifts (38 hours) per week, covering opening hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 4 pm on weekends.
