Front of House Lead – Premium Yoga Studio

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Front of House Lead to shape the member experience from launch at our new premium yoga studio in Notting Hill. You will create a calm, warm and seamless environment for every visitor while supporting the wider Front of House team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, setting high standards for service, professionalism and presentation.
• Welcome students and guests, ensuring they have everything they need before, during and after their visit.
• Handle questions, feedback and issues calmly, escalating when appropriate.
• Support class check‑ins, bookings and student enquiries to keep the experience personal and seamless.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the studio.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational processes.
• Manage studio systems, bookings and client information with high accuracy.
• Identify operational issues proactively and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced in front‑of‑house, hospitality or wellness environments with a passion for people.
• Warm, personable and confident, able to make guests feel comfortable.
• Calm and composed during busy periods or unexpected issues.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong communicator, able to build genuine relationships with a wide range of people.
• Commercially aware, able to discuss memberships and classes without being overly sales‑driven.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

What we offer

• Salary: £33‑£35k per year, depending on experience.
• Location: Notting Hill, London.
• Working hours across the studio’s operating times, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Start date: Late October.
• Full‑time or part‑time options available.
