About the role

Our client, a leading hospitality services organisation, is looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to ensure outstanding visitor experiences and uphold service excellence in a prestigious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, courteous welcome to all visitors through Guest Services Ambassadors.
• Collect and act on customer feedback, resolving concerns promptly.
• Liaise between clients and hosts, providing accurate local area knowledge.
• Manage enquiries, requests, and complaints across communication channels.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Plan rotas strategically for VIP events and meetings to ensure optimal staffing.
• Conduct audits to maintain high standards of tidiness and cleanliness in reception areas.
• Support development of Guest Services team members, encouraging professional growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a Front of House role within corporate, 5‑star hotel, members club or flagship airline environments.
• Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Fluent in leading reception services and familiar with internal and external communication methods.
• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude, empathy and outstanding customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while delivering discreet, personalised service.
