Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and genuine first impression.
• Present the menu, answer questions and make genuine food recommendations.
• Maintain smooth service flow from seating to clearing, supporting both guests and kitchen staff.
• Stay attentive, anticipate busy periods and keep the dining area tidy and inviting.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Enjoy making people feel welcome and looked after.
• Passionate about food and able to talk about menu items confidently.
• Thrives in lively, fast‑moving environments and stays calm under pressure.
