Front of House Team Member – Premium Yoga Studio

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Front of House team member to deliver the day‑to‑day operation of a new premium yoga studio in Notting Hill. The role is highly visible and member‑facing, ensuring every visitor experiences a calm, warm and seamless welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, calm environment and welcome students and guests, providing support before, during and after their visit.
• Support the Studio Manager with daily operational tasks, opening and closing procedures, and studio systems.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the front of house and studio.
• Handle enquiries, bookings, class check‑ins and resolve any issues professionally.
• Build genuine relationships with members, fostering a strong sense of community.
• Assist with membership administration, record keeping and accurate client information.
• Provide shift cover and coordinate schedules across launch periods, weekends, sickness and holidays.
• Identify operational issues proactively and suggest practical solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced in front of house, hospitality or wellness environments with a passion for working with people.
• Warm, personable and confident, able to make guests feel comfortable.
• Calm and composed during busy periods or unexpected issues.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong communicator, able to build genuine relationships.
• Commercially aware when discussing memberships and classes without being overly sales‑driven.
• Reliable and flexible, willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a rota.
• Genuinely interested in yoga, wellness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
