Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) – Leeds

About the role

We are partnering with an independent web development agency in Leeds to find a talented Frontend Developer. You will work on a variety of client projects across hospitality, e‑commerce and travel, helping to bring senior‑level builds to life.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop UX and web projects.
• Work closely with a dedicated backend specialist and web designer.
• Debug, identify and resolve frontend issues using browser developer tools.
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes and technologies.

Required profile

• Passion for digital performance and high‑quality front‑end delivery.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and leading meetings.
• Ability to commute to Leeds city centre at least one day per week.
• Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in React.
• Proficiency with Next.js.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Knowledge of Semantic HTML.
• Familiarity with GSAP animation libraries.
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging.
