Full Stack Developer (React/Python) – Up to £200k + Bonus – London

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join an elite FinTech firm in London. The role involves building high‑performance web applications that enable users to interact with complex financial services in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Create fast, responsive front‑end experiences using React.
• Develop and maintain server‑side applications in Python that process large‑scale data streams.
• Collaborate with product, data and operations teams to translate requirements into production‑ready features.
• Contribute clean, efficient code to a well‑engineered codebase supporting long‑term stability.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade full‑stack applications with React and Python.
• Interest in financial technology; prior exposure to trading environments is a plus.
• Strong curiosity for new frameworks and best practices, and excellent communication skills.
