Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Software Engineer will join N3 Technologies’ platform team, developing the N3 Platform – an intelligent SaaS solution for project estimation, monitoring and reporting. Working across both front‑end and back‑end, you will create intuitive React interfaces, robust NestJS APIs and help maintain the platform’s reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain new features for the N3 Platform’s UI and server‑side services.
• Write clean, well‑tested TypeScript/JavaScript code using React and NestJS.
• Model data and optimise queries in PostgreSQL (Supabase) with Prisma.
• Develop and sustain AWS infrastructure for platform deployments.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical decisions.
• Review code and mentor fellow engineers.

Required profile

• Hybrid or remote work based in the UK, with willingness to travel between Birmingham and Worcester offices.
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
