General Assistant

About the role

As a General Assistant you will be the face of the cinema, delivering an unrivalled guest experience through friendly service and efficient operations. No prior experience is required, but a passion for cinema and a positive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to cinema visitors, greeting and guiding guests throughout their visit.
• Serve at ticket and refreshment counters, handling sales and cash transactions.
• Maintain clean and tidy cinema spaces, including auditoria, foyers and facilities.
• Answer guest queries about current film releases and cinema offerings.
• Assist with crowd management and queue control during peak times.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about cinema and customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late‑night shifts.
• Willingness to work across all cinema departments.
