Geospatial Surveyor

About the role

Join Tetra Tech’s Geospatial team to deliver high‑impact surveying projects across the UK. You will combine field‑based data capture with office‑based analysis to support water, defence, nuclear and infrastructure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver topographical, setting‑out, measured‑building, levelling and laser‑scanning surveys.
• Capture, process and interpret survey data using industry‑leading tools.
• Produce accurate deliverables with AutoCAD, Leica Infinity and related software.
• Operate Total Station and GNSS equipment confidently in diverse environments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Balance site‑based and office‑based tasks while managing competing priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in topographical surveying and use of survey software.
• Hands‑on competence with GNSS/Total Station equipment.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant technical qualification (advantageous but not mandatory).
