Global Marketing Director

About the role

Knotel, a leading provider of managed office experiences, is seeking a Global Marketing Director to shape and execute its worldwide marketing strategy. Reporting into the Commercial Team, you will partner with senior leadership and Newmark’s CMO to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth across three core product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage integrated marketing strategies for Knotel Services, the office portfolio, and Work Club events and memberships.
• Analyse business objectives and set marketing deliverables that align with revenue targets.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities in lead‑generation activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Newmark’s CMO, ensuring alignment of goals and leveraging Newmark systems.
• Oversee the marketing budget, allocating spend to maximise ROI.
• Manage third‑party suppliers, contracts and negotiations.
• Design, execute and optimise paid lead‑generation campaigns and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and evolve Knotel’s brand strategy, creating a consistent voice across all product lines.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking and influencing abilities.
• Proven experience in digital and content marketing, brand development and lead generation.
• Ability to act as a player‑coach, rolling up sleeves to execute plans within budget.
• Excellent collaboration skills across internal teams and external agencies.
