Graduate CAD Designer

About the role

This graduate position supports the creation and maintenance of technical architectural drawings. You will work closely with experienced CAD technicians to ensure project delivery meets high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and produce 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Assist in preparing planning application drawings and related documentation.
• Support technical aspects of projects throughout all stages, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
• Visit project sites to produce accurate as‑built drawings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain drawing standards.
• Work alongside a Senior CAD Technician and take part in training and development opportunities.

Required profile

• A degree or relevant experience in architectural drawing.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit.
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
