About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a Graduate English Teaching Assistant to support a mainstream primary school in Bow (E3). The role runs from September 2026 to July 2027, full‑time during term dates, with a day rate of £95‑£100.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher with daily English lessons.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support to pupils.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Required profile
- University degree (BA or MA) in English.
- Current safeguarding training (within the last year).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
