About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our recruitment team as an Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant. You will work within a fast‑growing firm that specialises in technology, quantitative finance and digital innovation, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with leading tech, fintech and finance companies.
• Source, interview and place high‑calibre talent in roles across quant trading, cybersecurity, AI, cloud and related sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to meet placement targets and develop market expertise.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual eager to start a career in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage people.
• Highly motivated, competitive and target‑driven.
• Coachable, resilient and willing to develop new skills.
