Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for a range of specialist vacancies.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Meet monthly revenue targets and work towards promotion milestones.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and become a subject‑matter expert in your sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
