About the role

We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Manchester team as a Recruitment Consultant. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced sales environment where your effort directly translates into earnings and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Build a network of technology professionals and client companies.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Guide candidates through interview stages and job offers.
• Develop new business by establishing relationships with hiring managers.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value placements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
