About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join an award‑winning, internationally‑operating recruitment business. You will receive a market‑leading 16‑week modular training programme and the chance to develop a career in talent acquisition across IT, engineering and media sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for open vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Conducting market mapping and hunting new business opportunities.
• Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing and updating your candidate database.
• Developing subject‑matter expertise within your chosen specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Strong desire to progress and achieve targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and a strong work ethic.
