Graduate/Junior Developer – Python, Linux, C#, Java

About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate or junior developer to join our fast‑moving product team. You will work in small, autonomous squads that own specific pieces of a global marketing software platform, deploying updates hundreds of times a day.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain existing code in Python, Linux, C# and Java.
- Collaborate with a team of 3‑4 developers using Agile, TDD and BDD practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration pipelines.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of product components.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a basic understanding of at least one of the listed technologies.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Enthusiasm for learning, problem‑solving and building production‑grade software.
