Group Accountant – Consolidation & Finance

About the role

The ONE Group is seeking a fully qualified Group Accountant to join its dynamic international finance team in Cambridgeshire. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating multiple entities while overseeing day‑to‑day financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of finance operations across several UK and overseas entities.
• Prepare and deliver group consolidation accounts on a regular basis.
• Manage credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing for UK and international staff.
• Reconcile multi‑currency bank accounts and produce management and statutory financial statements.
• Provide senior leadership with insightful reporting, analysis and decision‑support.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven, hands‑on experience with group consolidations.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
