Group & Events Planning and Sales Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Meeting and Events Sales and Planning Manager to join us at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, a luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the hotel sales team and communicate effectively to support sales and marketing plan objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and provide client entertainment as required.
• Attend and host meetings, including daily and weekly event sheet meetings and group meetings.
• Utilise Delphi and Opera systems in line with Jumeirah standards, procedures and best practice.
• Meet key event organisers in‑house during events and manage internal classifications.
• Undertake post‑event follow‑up calls to gather feedback and generate re‑bookings or new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Conferences & Events Sales & Planning at a London luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera and Delphi systems.
