Group Sales Trainer – Travel Across England & Scotland

About the role

Miller Homes is seeking a Group Sales Trainer to join the team near our Yorkshire office in Wakefield. You will work closely with the Group Head of Sales to design, deliver and evaluate sales training programmes for all sales levels across England and Scotland.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals and e‑learning modules.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Manage the Sales Pathway to ensure Sales Managers and Development Sales Managers complete required training within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training and supporting sales teams.
• Background in a senior sales role within the new‑homes building sector, with a record of delivering results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with all organisational levels.
• Strong ability to interpret numerical and financial information and report on it.
