Growth Creative Designer – International (London)

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is expanding its growth marketing internationally. Based in London, the Growth Creative Designer will own the creative for Ramp’s international acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Direct Mail, adapting the US playbook for UK and EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate paid creative end‑to‑end for static and motion formats, tailored to international audiences.
• Create and localise ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging channels across the UK and EU.
• Adapt the US growth creative playbook, identifying where local nuance requires new concepts rather than simple translation.
• Develop scalable design and motion systems, templates and AI‑driven workflows to increase team velocity.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, copywriters and product marketers to iterate quickly based on performance data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in visual or motion design and creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion work for paid acquisition.
• Ability to work fast in a test‑and‑learn environment and collaborate across time zones.
• Based in or able to work from the London office.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects)
• AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code
