GTM Associate – Enterprise AI Sales Apprenticeship

About the role

The GTM Associate program at Rogo is a structured apprenticeship into enterprise sales at the forefront of AI and finance. Associates work on live deals with the world’s leading banks, private‑equity funds and investment firms, combining strategic outbound prospecting, deep product mastery and pre‑sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve product mastery across the entire Rogo platform and act as a trusted resource in live client conversations.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full deal cycle – discovery, demos, evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Build and tailor demo environments and use‑cases that map Rogo directly to a prospect’s workflow.
• Drive strategic outbound prospecting into named enterprise accounts with research‑led, multi‑threaded messaging.
• Contribute to deal strategy through stakeholder mapping, qualification and identifying pain points.
• Feed client and competitive insights back to product, marketing and leadership.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing sales role or in investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting or fintech.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive presence with Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers and C‑Suite executives.
• Clear ambition to move into a quota‑carrying sales or pre‑sales seat.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology and financial workflows.
