Guest Operations Specialist – Aviation Hospitality

About the role

As a Guest Operations Specialist, you will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of our base, providing exceptional guest experience to all guests and flight crews in line with our Signature Service Programme. This includes ramp services, crew assistance, fuel handling and liaison with ground handling services.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out ramp services and assist flight crews.
• Perform quality checks and bulk fuel vehicles with Jet A1.
• Deliver Jet A1/Avgas fuel to guest aircraft.
• Liaise with guests to provide flight‑related information and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Raise and process invoices, assist with invoicing queries and cross‑check for accurate billing.
• Maintain refreshment supplies and uphold cleanliness standards in VIP lounge and front‑of‑house areas.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 and able to pass criminal, motor vehicle, drug and airport security background checks.
• Right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent vision and colour perception to safely handle aircraft fuel.
• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional communication skills.
