Main Missions

• Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our brand standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality and service excellence to delight our customers.
• Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen culture focused on teamwork and performance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a professional catering or restaurant environment (essential).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for culinary excellence and high-quality food service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining top-tier safety standards.
