About the role
Ready to shape how one of the world’s most iconic coffee brands shows up, stands out and connects with consumers? As Head of Brand Marketing & Communications for Nespresso in the UK & Ireland you will lead the creative and strategic direction of the brand across B2C and B2B channels, driving both long‑term equity and short‑term commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision for Nespresso’s brand and campaign strategy across the UK & Ireland, blending creativity, insight and commercial ambition.
- Create integrated B2C and B2B campaigns that build brand love, spark desire and deliver measurable business impact.
- Connect campaign, content, PR, influencer, CRM and media activity into a unified communications ecosystem.
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, beautifully executed activations for British and Irish consumers.
- Shape content, PR and influencer strategies that earn attention and reinforce Nespresso’s premium positioning.
- Elevate CRM content to be more engaging and purposeful throughout the customer journey.
- Partner with the Head of Media to ensure content reaches the right audiences across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Champion Nespresso’s brand identity, tone of voice and visual expression across all touchpoints.
- Inspire agency partners to deliver insight‑led creative, media, PR and production work.
- Lead and develop a talented team across Brand & Campaign, Content, PR & Influencer and CRM creative.
Required profile
- Strong background in brand marketing, communications, media or campaign leadership.
- Experience building or growing premium brands in a fast‑moving consumer environment.
- Proven ability to create integrated brand and communications plans that cut through and deliver impact.
- Sharp understanding of how content, PR, influencer, CRM and media combine to create a consistent brand experience.
- Track record of getting the best from agency partners and inspiring brilliant work.
- Natural collaborator and confident influencer with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- People‑first leadership style with experience coaching high‑performing teams.
- Curious, insight‑led mindset able to turn data and cultural trends into action.

- Salary £85,000‑£90,000 per year, dependent on experience.
