About the Role

Join Tynedale Hospice at Home as our Head of Care Services, a pivotal leadership position within our Senior Management Team. You will play a central role in driving our clinical and community impact, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, nurse-led care across West Northumberland, Tynedale, and Ponteland.

Main Missions

• Lead and develop high-quality, nurse-led care services to support patients and their families.
• Oversee a diverse range of services including nursing care, complementary therapies, patient transport, and bereavement support.
• Drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization as a key member of the senior leadership team.
• Ensure the effective management of charitable resources to maintain free community services.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) or a highly experienced Senior Care Leader.
• Proven track record in operational and clinical leadership within a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven service improvement.
• Deep passion for improving outcomes for individuals facing end-of-life and bereavement.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
