Head of Commercial Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial Growth to build a scalable revenue engine for a fast‑growing, AI‑enabled leadership development and people performance business. Reporting to the founders, you will lead consultative enterprise sales, own the commercial strategy and drive transformation for large corporates and high‑growth organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable sales function, reducing founder dependency.
• Originate and close strategic, high‑value B2B deals with CHROs, CPOs and operational leaders.
• Deliver at least £300k new ARR in the first year while establishing pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline.
• Develop and mentor an emerging commercial team, embedding a high‑performance sales culture.
• Shape commercial infrastructure, processes and performance metrics to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering high‑value B2B sales in transformation‑focused, advisory or people‑performance environments.
• Experience engaging C‑suite stakeholders and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structures from first principles.
• Ready to step into a first “Head of” role with full ownership and accountability.
