About the role

We are seeking a Head of Cyber to lead the cyber security portfolio for a global insurance platform operating from London. The role focuses on expanding the business in the United States while working closely with senior decision‑makers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a cyber security portfolio with autonomy.
• Engage directly with senior leadership and board members.
• Leverage existing broker relationships to drive new business.
• Collaborate with capacity contacts and senior leadership to deliver solutions.
• Represent the firm in the US cyber market and build a strong presence.

Required profile

• Established reputation in the US cyber security space.
• Strong network of broker contacts built through years of trust.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a book independently.
• Proven leadership experience in cyber security.
