Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

ISOQAR is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to own and grow the SEO, PPC and website performance strategy. You will be responsible for turning website activity into qualified pipeline and revenue for a B2B demand‑generation engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase non‑brand visibility and organic demand.
• Lead technical SEO improvements, including site architecture, structured data, and performance optimisation.
• Own the content SEO programme, from opportunity mapping to optimisation and performance measurement.
• Run a CRO programme to boost conversion rates across priority journeys and landing pages.
• Design, manage and optimise Google Ads (and other paid‑search platforms) to meet CPL/CAC and pipeline targets.
• Manage paid‑search budgets, forecasting and performance reporting, linking spend to leads, pipeline and revenue.
• Implement robust tracking, dashboards and reporting that connect website activity to CRM pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SEO and web performance for a B2B lead‑generation website.
• Strong technical SEO track record with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Hands‑on experience with PPC (Google Ads) campaign build, optimisation and budget management.
• Demonstrable CRO and experimentation experience.
• Clear communicator who can translate data into decisions and align stakeholders.
