Head of Marketing – Fashion Brand

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing UK fashion retailer to find a commercially minded Head of Marketing. This senior leader will shape the overall marketing strategy for a trend‑led, affordable brand and drive growth across digital, retail and customer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all channels: paid media, social, brand, CRM, loyalty, influencer, PR and experiential marketing.
• Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning and launch of campaigns.
• Lead brand activations, events and experiential initiatives.
• Drive influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Set, monitor and optimise KPIs across the function.
• Manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, omnichannel campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience within the fashion industry.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion, brand building and delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences.
