Head of Paid Digital

About the role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will define and deliver the Paid Digital strategy across the business, ensuring campaigns generate measurable results and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team of paid media specialists and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Paid Digital strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing paid media team.
• Oversee campaign performance across major digital platforms.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, ROI‑driven strategies.
• Own departmental performance, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
• Support new business activity including pitches and growth initiatives.
• Implement best‑practice processes for campaign delivery and reporting.
• Drive innovation across tools, platforms and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across commercial and client‑facing teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Paid Digital / Performance Marketing.
• Strong leadership experience within an agency environment.
• Proven commercial acumen managing budgets and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach when needed.
