Head of Sales (Passive Fire Protection)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead the national sales strategy for a fast‑growing Passive Fire Protection specialist. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape the commercial agenda across the UK and secure major contract opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial growth agenda across the UK.
• Identify and secure major Passive Fire Protection contracts.
• Strengthen relationships with key contractors, developers and public‑sector clients.
• Develop and execute a sustainable revenue growth strategy.
• Collaborate with operational and delivery teams to convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven sales leader with a track record in Passive Fire Protection or related construction sectors.
• Demonstrable record of winning and expanding PFP projects and frameworks.
• Experience selling fire‑stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or other compliance‑led solutions.
• Strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors, developers or public‑sector bodies.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
