Head of Seller Demand - B2B Marketing

About the role

OnCommerce is seeking a Head of Seller Demand to lead B2B marketing across its global marketplace portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end seller acquisition engine, turning awareness into qualified sign‑ups in more than 20 international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and scale a multi‑market, AI‑powered acquisition system covering PR, LinkedIn‑first social, email, and partnership channels.
• Own the top‑of‑funnel journey: awareness → interest → lead → sign‑up, ensuring high‑quality inbound seller demand.
• Balance cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) while maintaining lead‑scoring standards.
• Leverage external lead data and CRM activation to automate and optimise campaigns across 19+ languages.
• Collaborate with seller, sales and onboarding teams to hand over a qualified pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B demand generation and seller acquisition at scale.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse performance metrics and iterate quickly.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, multi‑market environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
