Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer (3+ PQE) – London

About the role

Join a specialist regulatory team at a Chambers and Legal 500‑ranked firm, handling complex healthcare regulatory and fitness‑to‑practice matters. You will work on a varied caseload, providing strategic advice and advocacy throughout the regulatory process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases from investigation to hearings, including interim order applications and contested hearings.
• Prepare and present applications for interim order extensions in the High Court.
• Draft and approve allegations for regulatory tribunals, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Advise clients on regulatory investigations and fitness‑to‑practice issues.

Required profile

• Solicitor Advocate with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience handling contested and uncontested hearings in a regulatory fitness‑to‑practice environment.
• Strong advocacy, analytical and communication abilities.
• Collaborative approach with a commitment to client care and professional development.

Required skills

• Expertise in healthcare regulatory law.
• Experience with High Court procedural applications.
• Ability to draft precise regulatory documentation.
